Notice:
1.This exhibition contract shall become effective upon being signed and stamped by both parties. The scanned copy of the fully executed contract shall have the same legal effect as the original.
2.Upon receipt of the final contract, booth transfers, cancellations, or reductions are strictly prohibited. In the event that the exhibitor fails to settle the outstanding balance by the due date or cancels participation without prior written consent, all fees paid shall be non-refundable. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the booth reservation and pursue further legal action against the exhibitor for breach of contract.
3.All exhibits must pertain to the official theme of the exhibition. The organizer reserves the right to revoke the booth allocation without refund if the exhibitor's products are found to be unrelated to the theme.
4.Fees for special electrical power, logistics services, and any additional requirements are outlined in the Exhibitor Manual.
5.In the event of exhibition cancellation or postponement due to force majeure, the organizer shall be exempt from any liability or financial compensation for losses incurred by the exhibitor.
6.On-site noise levels must not exceed 60 decibels (dB). The organizer reserves the right to take corrective action, including shutting down the source of noise, if this limit is exceeded.
7.All documents provided by the exhibitor must be authentic, valid, and legally effective. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the booth allocation and pursue the exhibitor for breach of contract should any provided documents be found falsified or invalid.
